• Payment must be made in full prior to printing, or on terms as agreed upon and stated on the quotation.
• Production lead-times are based on the complexity and part sizes. Actual delivery time can be confirmed at time of order.
• Accepting a quotation also implies the acceptance to our terms and conditions.
• AMMA reserves the right to re-generate new quotation to the customer with any updates of product specification or part design change for a print job.
• For large batch orders, depending on size and at AMMA's discretion, AMMA may provide a rapid prototyping model or section/scaled version of the model after accepting quotation for the purpose of verification of requirements only. Once verified and confirmed by the customer the production of large batch order will start.
• As soon as the order is confirmed and production started, cancellation of order will not be accepted and customers will still be invoiced for the previously confirmed order.
• We are not responsible for the design by customer, all dimensions, layer resolution, color are based the STL/VRML file which provided by the customer. AMMA will not provide assembly process to the customer.
• The integrity of the printed models, which also subjected to "Minimum Guaranteed Thickness & Part Quality" and other conditions below, will be checked and verified by AMMA before they are packed and shipped. And customers are encouraged to check for any broken parts when they receive the models. AMMA will not accept return or reprint request for damaged models once delivery note has been signed.
• Parts are printed with Polyjet Technology. Accuracy: 20-85 microns for features below 50 mm; up to 200 microns for full model size (for rigid materials only)
• AMMA will reproduce color from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match color because of limitations in the printing process.
• For printing designated color object, the customer needs to provide a RGB color code for printing object. Customer may also need to pay for additional materials replacement cost, depending on machine installed materials status.
• Your order will be delivered to your shipping address or will be available for pick-up depending on the service you choose. AMMA is not liable for incorrect shipping addresses, and no refunds are given if incorrect shipping addresses are given.
• All packages are sent out in a protected box and by recorded delivery. In the event that packages are returned to us we will resend them out, and this may incur additional charges to the customer.
• AMMA offers free delivery to Hong Kong. For product requiring delivery outside of Hong Kong, delivery charges are responsible by customer.
• Parts are guaranteed to a minimum wall thickness of 1 mm. AMMA is able to provide high resolution printing with objects thickness are less than 1 mm, but the customer needs to take risk of easy damage and fragile to the printing model that due to the thin model thickness.
• For parts with trapped space or narrow opening, AMMA will try our best to clean the support material in the interior but cannot gaurantee complete removal.
• AMMA will inspect and assess each model with customers before printing, however, it's the responsibility of customer to ensure the files are printable to their desired results. For print defects or damages of the model during post process due to file quality or geometry, AMMA will try to fix/repair the printed model.
• Customers are the owners of any data or files they have provided for the purpose of printing.
• AMMA is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and in preventing unauthorized use of the customers information. AMMA will not disclose any information or data provided by the customer to other 3rd parties or its competitors.
• All associated 3D CAD data files of any products will be kept for short term for record purpose and for the purpose of reprinting for its owner only.
• Photos of printed models will be taken and will be used for communication purpose with its owner only. Without prior authorization from its owner AMMA will not use the photos for other purpose.
• Terms and conditions are subjected to change without prior notice, any changes will be stated on the quotation.
